How do you install this stuff?

I'm asking here about quick starts, but also just in general. I've searched everywhere and there's no post that just tells people how to install mods.

On a Mac, you open the customizable data folder (best located by linking to it through the dock, on Windows I'd guess putting a shortcut in the Start Bar). Then you open the QS folder and drop the QS in. Then go back to the game and open create new game. You'll see the item to Open a game from a QS there.

It's similar on Windows, but I don't remember where they store it as I'm on an M2 Mac and can't run Windows.
