Tie breaker procedure

Keep in mind this is a save from OOTP 22

End of the regular season and we have 4 teams tied for 8th place. So naturally those 4 teams we be paired off and play against each other but I'm wondering why team A is above team B when they tied their head to head games and team B had the same run difference in head to head games. Team B actually had a slightly better run differential vs the league as well. I thought the tie breaking procedure in this game was

1 Most wins
2 Better head to head record
3 Run Difference in head to head games
4 Run difference in all games

If you scroll to the section on breaking ties, we try to follow that, although I think after the intra-division and intra-league sections, I think we next go to run differential in head to head games and run differential overall.
I'm sure the tie-breaking procedure has changed over the years and I wouldn't be surprised if it's changed since, but Matt said the above back in 2022.
