"Show Ratings" resets to OSA after viewing a retired player

This seems to have previously been reported in https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=314205 for OOTP21 but was lost track of. It is still present in the latest OOTP24.

I verified that the cause of the issue is viewing a retired player. I had noticed that all of my "Show Ratings" dropdowns had reset to OSA, and it had happened after I had selected a retired player, as reported in the above thread. Manually changing all of the dropdowns back to my scout on the Organization screen does not keep them permanently set to my scout, but the workaround in that thread of going to the Free Agents screen and changing the dropdown there does work and propagates to the Organization screen. However, a fix to the original bug would be nice.
