Is There a Global Settings to Set a League to Black Shoes Only?

Is there a global settings to set all the shoes in a league to black?

Or do you have to set it for each player in the player profile?

Would appreciate your help.

No global setting. Have to set it in each players profile. Hopefully in the future it would be nice to at least set it for each team.

Oh, well... it's a great game and worth the time spent getting it exactly like we like it.

Let's see... 64 teams with 50 players each... uh, oh... that's 3200 entries.

I just might have to live with whatever color shoes they wear... yep, just might have to live with it.

But I will post a request to give a global or team option.

It’s a little annoying but at least it doesn’t affect play. I just try to imagine each of the players showing their individuality. What makes it worse is that in the player’s profile the default setting is “random”.

I'd be surprised if we don't get a global setting in v25. Patched into the v24 menu would be great, though not holding my breath.

Also need a global random setting for socks. At least with socks when I play 60's 70's historical I can set it so the whole team wears them. Sure, it's not global but doesn't take long to enable it for 24 teams or less.

For my present game, in 2042, I randomly add socks to players on each team as I play them. I also do their minor league teams at the same time. Easy enough from the organization screen.

1. open the first player and give him socks.
2. use down arrow to scroll and stop randomly. That player gets socks. Probably hitting around 20-25 % of player getting them using this method.
3. Some players are "socks" players and I make sure they get them.
4. rinse and repeat for each minor league team

I also do this to the whole draft class so some of the incoming players have them. Same for the FA international players.

I mean, first year of PANTS and uniform numbers so there were bound to be issues. Hopefully they figure out a way to allow for the little numbers on the front of unis like the Dodgers and Astros have, too. Also more windups and batting stances but I’m getting outside of uniform stuff now…
