Ratings won't update when I make custom changes
I was goofing around just doing some test lab stuff. I wanted to see how many bases a player can steal with 250/250 speed and stealing ability.
So I went into editor in commissioner mode and made those changes. But it doesn't seem to be registering those changes. No matter what changes I make.As you can see from the video here, even after that ratings boost, the players overall and potential remained the same. Is anyone else having this issue and can anything be done to fix it? I notice it only sometimes happens with sims. Other times it will make the changes. But most times it won't. Immediately after editing you need to go to Game>Game Settings>Run Full re-scout. You may want to back up before editing as there is no way to revert back, the changes.

Scouts probably have to scout them first.
If you change Scouting Accuracy to 100%, it'll probably show the changes right away. EDIT: Bobfather beat me to it as I was testing.
