Question How to better diversify the schools draft eligible prospects attended?

Hi all, I'm a long-time OOTPer (playing since OOTP X) but first-time poster on the forums. I'm looking for an XML file that will modify the frequency with which large, Power 5 programs are represented in the annual amateur draft. I find that schools like Texas Tech and LSU are far overrepresented, and can have as many as twenty prospects in a 25-round draft in-game. I would prefer to see more kids coming out of mid-majors and Division II and III programs. I found a mod from a few years back on here, but it was a text file, not XML, and appears to be incompatible with OOTP 23. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

The easiest way to do this is likely to duplicate those schools in the file, so they're in there more often than the smaller schools. So you repeat the Power 5 programs you want to see more often, so that the game will pick more of them more often.

Thanks DarkCloud, I will try to do so. Lukas said there is a bug causing this they will look to address in a coming patch.

Also, off-topic, @DarkCloud4579 but I was attempting to download the consolidated D1-D2-D3 universe for Fast Break College Basketball 2010 and saw you were (or at least your user name) the creator of the mod file. Do you mind if I send you a PM? I'm having difficulty figuring out how to install the files to make the D2 and D3 teams show up in game.
