3D player movement issues go here!

If the 3D movements cause major issues (ie. no 3D was generated, game crashes, game hangs, etc...), please post those in separate threads.

However, If the issue is simply a cosmetic issue, let's keep those to a single thread here. What I need from you guys is a clear description of the issue. To further help in debugging, when you replay the motion, a set of seemingly random numbers will be copied to your clipboard. You should simply be able to paste them here as well - they greatly help in tracking down problems!

The outfielders diving for the ball is wacked. Looks like the player is falling forward but his body never hits the ground. Worst animation than OOTP22.

I do like the sliding catch animation. The other, though, where they seem to catch the ball THEN dive, needs some work.

During the homerun derby, when the pitcher goes to throw the ball he turns and faces centerfield and throws the ball between his legs. It looks weird. Also the pitch is very low, almost at the batter's ankle; it kinda looks like the pitcher is bowling.

Nobody out. Player singles and I can't throw a pick-off to first. #5 key not even highlighted. Should be able too with nobody out.

I see what it is. I no longer can "hold runner" anymore. Therefore, a slow runner and not a threat to steal, my 1st basemen plays back. Hence, I can't even throw over there. That's why it is grayed out or not an option. But what if I want to keep him close and play for the DP? And just check him to see if he's alert. Can't do it.

I think this is the most unrealistic 3d play left over from previous editions. In playing out hundreds of games over several years, every time a batted ball ricochets off the pitcher the play is made for the out and no trainer check is done on the pitcher. I had my 1st one in '23 today. I get that this subroutine might be complicated to program, but don't understand why it would be more so than hundreds of other complicated if-thens you have successfully dealt with. Hope you have time to address this one sometime as I suspect it is the play that results in more pitcher injuries than any other and certainly isn't a 100% out result. Hope this doesn't sound too harsh as I really enjoy and appreciate all the improvements made to this system over the years.

This one is from 22... on these diving stops, the fielder appears to catch the ball behind the back. I mean, it looks flashy but I suspect if anyone did this IRL Tony LaRussa would murder them to death. Probably the ballplayer should angle in so that they make this catch against the front of their body rather than the back.

I have a couple of issues. One is in the 3d. The flight of the ball seems to be high. I played a game using PNC park with the player size at 170 and ball size Very Big. Ground balls don't hit the ground and fly balls are caught far above the player.
Also in the scores page the starting pitchers are not shown and after the games are played the homerun hitters are not shown.

Should be able too with nobody out. I see what it is. I no longer can "hold runner" anymore. Therefore, a slow runner and not a threat to steal, my 1st basemen plays back. Hence, I can't even throw over there. That's why it is grayed out or not an option. But what if I want to keep him close and play for the DP? And just check him to see if he's alert. Can't do it. It looks weird. Also the pitch is very low, almost at the batter's ankle; it kinda looks like the pitcher is bowling. Edit: Sorry, I did not see a way to get the code. But I attached a picture. In playing out hundreds of games over several years, every time a batted ball ricochets off the pitcher the play is made for the out and no trainer check is done on the pitcher. I had my 1st one in '23 today. I get that this subroutine might be complicated to program, but don't understand why it would be more so than hundreds of other complicated if-thens you have successfully dealt with. Hope you have time to address this one sometime as I suspect it is the play that results in more pitcher injuries than any other and certainly isn't a 100% out result.
