Injuries injuries injuries

Is there a toggle to lower injuries?
It is completely unrealistic to have so many pitchers (7) on a staff go down with blown arms.
I have played 3 seasons and each year no less than 10 players each season have 4-6-12 month injuries.
I enjoy the game but this is nuts.

What are the injury ratings for the players? I know a lot of my pitchers are fragile.

The settings have been noted but injury rates in OOTP are in fact modeled from modern major league baseball. It is wholly realistic to have 7 or more pitchers on your DL at one time. It sucks, but it's baseball. Last year for example the Padres lost the equivalent of 14 players for the entire season:

It is completely realistic. Especially in your case I'm guessing you have repeat offenders, which makes it even more realistic. Get rid of the bums and start paying attention to durability when signing/drafting/trading for pitchers.
