OOTP with 2 monitors
I added a 2nd monitor my setup and i'm having a bit of trouble with OOTP. On one screen I have OOTP in full screen, but the problem is that once I click on something on my other screen such as a web page, OOTP gets pushed to the background. I'd prefer to play in fullscreen rather than windowed. Any one know what I can do?

I think that may be more of a Windows 10 issue than a game issue. When I’m playing other games they tend to go into the background as well when they’re on full screen and I alt-tab out of them (many of course capture the mouse so you have to use keyboard shortcuts).

This is expected behavior from Windows and full screen applications. This is what you want to set in OOTP to prevent it from minimizing when shifting focus to content on 2nd monitor.
