"Could Not Sync Your Cards. Please retry."

For more than an hour now.

Rebooted twice. Logged out of OOTP and out of Steam. Logged back in.

Everything else works fine.

Two tournaments going and I've spent money on this game. Not happy.

Same here. Was logged in to the same team for a long time without issues. Logged out to go check on my other teams, and the error started appearing (along with sluggish response in general, for instance when signing up for tournaments.) This affects signing in to the main PT mode, setting a tournament roster, and even examining a completed tournament. It will not load past the 'Loading Player Card Data' step.

I have this problem too. Restarted, can’t log in to my tournaments or regular PT teams to make changes for the next season.

Was cranking in a tourney for once also made some investments... Ive been down for two hours.. with not syncing...

Now Laptop won't synch

As my main license completes another day of uselessness, now my second license, with an older build, starts the "won't synch," syndrome. Is it headed down the same path?

I think this was their new service provider. I could be wrong, but I thought they migrated in April. New provider certainly SEEMS like they're a crack crew. Given the alacrity of their address I have to assume they communicate on rotaries and pagers.



Markus is definitely due a refund, and I am still hoping for a recovery in time to grab that 20K Trout before the auction is over at 4am. If only I had put the cash down the moment I saw it.


Not looking great though.

Still can’t log in fully since last night, I get the can’t sync cards message and PT is stuck on Simulating.... I just bought a bunch of packs, last night, was editing my team for the week. I’m worried I’m going to lose out on an entire week of play, I just got promoted. I can’t be sitting here all morning. I have work. I hope there is some sort of compensation or form of good will when we lose out on planning like this. It really kills the excitement of promotion for a new player like myself

Hi,

The game is accessible again, but some issues seem to persist:

- Quick Tournaments signed up to yesterday appear stuck in 'preparing' status, and
- (Perhaps unrelated) ended auctions are remaining on the AH for longer than normal.
