Adaptability Factors?

I have a player with the following Personality features (attached). Is this meant to be? Are there more factors in adaptability than the personality portion?

I think that's a generic description that existed before Adaptability (which is a relatively new addition to these ratings) became a thing.

"Adapt" is a term with more than one connotation. Someone who "should find a fit in most organizations" may not be good at coping with change, which I believe is what the Adaptability trait reflects.
