We'll give anyone who wants one a refund within 14 days, if you bough the game directly from us. Purchases through Steam or Apple need to go through their support though and they have different policies on when they'll offer refunds.

All you have to do is send an email or submit a support ticket (or even just send me a PM on the forums here) requesting that and including your order reference and/or the email address you used when ordering.

If you've already done that, then we'll get to it soon, as we're quite backed up now due to the virus situation. If you haven't done that yet, then please do it and we'll process it as soon as we are able to.

Looking at the few posts he made it doesn’t appear he even has OOTP. His problems were originally posted in the FHM troubleshooting section. Since he doesn’t appear to know the difference between the two games I am going to bet his initial problems are likely user error caused.

That would be super awesome!! However, since he can't even manage to get the game to work, I'm going to take a leap and say that he probably lacks the skills required of supervillain hackers.

I have no idea what this person's problem was. I've certainly been upset with companies for different reasons (occasionally wanting to make their lives hell).

The problem seems to be taken care of, so I don't see any reason that this thread should stay open.
