Dune Themed League

Does anyone recall anyone ever doing (Frank Herbert) Dune themed league? I tried a search and nothing came up (well, someone talked about doing one, but nothing more). I just can't believe no one has ever done one.

The Salusa Secundus Emperors have had a long running championship dynasty in that league. But the Arrakis Worm Riders look like up and comers. Maybe a trade with the Calladan Dukes will put them over the top.
