I am running 19.14.build 133. I am not sure what the upgrade is or if I need to do it?

on the same one here...... not sure if some of the slow load times/issues/etc are a result of the latest patches but going to stick with the one I'm on for now as it's running just fine

No need to upgrade, the latest update was only for non-PT issues.
