D385 Season 11 Mini-Mini-Whale League
I see a few new compliant faces and a lot of familiar ones... and best part?
No STOOPIT 49'ers team squashing the cap and adding a $300 player in the post season. |

Excited for the challenge but could be a long season compared to some of the teams in this league! May have to invest financially to stay afloat but will see how we fair over the next few days first.

Last year we had a couple teams with lower cap points do shockingly well... I think management means a more with this system than just the points total.

yeah, it was nice to see a couple teams in the teens for point totals win divisions.... leagues weren't accessible before I had to head to work, so going to be 5pm cst tonight before I can log in.... unless something changed though, it had me in the D382 league |

I am in D385 also with my alt team. It looks like most of the list ended up here with a few outsiders.

sweet... guess the headers were wrong this morning while the leagues were still compiling if no one gets around to it before tonight, I'll run the initial point audit later when I get home |

It appears the theme team league has merged into this one. I count 6 themers in here along with myself (Point Loma). Good luck everyone!

It's nice to feel appreciated. ![]() Glad to see so many familiar faces here. My Clippers somehow snuck into the playoffs last year, but I haven't made any upgrades since the season before last, so this season might be a bit tougher. I've got 10k PP right now and I'm saving up for someone a bit more expensive so maybe I'll get that upgrade in time for the end of the season. Anyhow, good luck to everyone!

Looking forward to another season with everyone! Looks like I'll have new division-mates, let's see if we can't recreate that NC West from last year. I'll get to check the league for the first time tonight.
The only upgrade from last season was going from Live Ohtani to Future Legend, which should actually help out a fair bit as he's now worth of being my #5 starter instead of a MR. With the leftovers from that purchase (I sold a packed 94 Billy Wagner to finance this), I should be able to significantly upgrade the weak sides of platoon/bench spots on the offense. Of course, since you can't search by ratings in the PT AH, I truly don't know how I'll decide who to buy. |

Typically last two seasons my pitching has been my saving grace and have been woeful with the bat. I have had a great start with the bat and its my Pitchers and Defense letting me down.
Granted I bought in Lankford and O'Doul but O'Doul is DH and Lankford has now been moved to LF as had already given up -1.9ZR in CF in 13 games. |
