When my all gold team almost gets swept in a 3 game series vs iron pitchers, bronze hitters

It takes all the patience I have not to burn my roster down.

Does this happen to anyone else? 33 games over .500, 15.5 game lead in the division, taking down diamond level pitchers, but getting housed by this team.

They abused Larry Dierker like he was a AA lifer.

"Perfect, I'll be playing the two worst teams in the league next week... time to pad the win column." (only to end up losing 6 straight)



my thoughts in the current season of PT:

"Crap, I'll be playing (and losing to) the two worst teams in the league next week... there goes my division lead."

I especially hate when at the beginning of the season I look at my first opponent and I am much better "on paper"... but they sweep me.

Diamond, Gold, Silver dont mean zip. I found that out after 3 seasons. My team still sucks but not as bad. I carry only catchers with high high defense only. Currently using Jody Davis, Jim Sunberg. REALMUTO & GRANDAL are bums. RATING DON'T MEAN A HILL OF BEANS. ALEX BREGMAN out performs ARENADO everywhere. Arenado card is dung for being a diamond card. I have a system I now use for grading my cards before buying & so far so good. I'm staying .500 & above for now. I dont look at names no more....

At one time I thought it was just me. Anyone else thought that too. Another thing I cant wrap my head around is seems like all the hitters are UNDER performing according to their stats of the card year.......but it seems like all the pitchers are UNDER performing too......I just dont get it...lmao....The OOTP game is much closer too accuracy than Perfect Points. Cant wait for the new season
