Long Hair
I was playing OOTP today, and my Reds played the Mets. While playing I thought about how much it would add to the game if Noah Syndargaard had long hair, I'm not sure how this would be worked in with the hat files, however I think it would be a nice feature to add the ability to add long hair styles to players, kind of like the current beard system.

I would support this, as well as the addition of long beards. Like Dallas Keuchel length.

IIRC, there's some technical issue with facegen that prevents long hair/beards.

Yeah facegen as used in OOTP restricts hair/beards to the facial area.
Although I'm pretty sure long hair/beards could be implemented (the facegen Football Manager uses has long hair) I believe it would take a complete overhaul of the OOTP version of facegen to allow it.
