Meteors Logo Request

So I'm looking for a Meteors logo. I'm curious what designs others might come up with, but this is what I'm thinking:

-dark purple background, yellow or gold or white text/foreground (I'm thinking Los Angeles Lakers or Minnesota Vikings like colours)
-the Meteors text starts big on the left, but shrinks as it arches higher to the right
-the meteors graphic starts small on the left above the text, shoots down through the text (maybe or maybe not only through the o), and ends larger somewhere under the text
-ideally there'd be 9 separate meteors, but I understand that might be difficult to look good, so maybe only one meteor

It's for the new Online League Project.
