Multiple Computers, External Hard Drive

I have completed a full season on my laptop. I am now trying to figure out a way to play the game on both my laptop and desktop at work. Is there a way to do that by using an external hard drive?

I tried copying and pasting all the files from my laptop onto the external. But when I opened the game from the external on the desktop, it says there are no saved games.

I also tried backing up my game from the laptop onto the external but I can't figure out how to do that either.

Can anyone help me out? I'm really frustrated.

Install the game on both computers. Or have you done that and are trying to get the save game on the other computer? I'm not sure what you want to do. If you just want the game on both computers, copy the setup file onto the external drive, and use the same key from the other or download it on the computer you want to install it on. Your key is good for 2 installations.

You need to copy the saved_games folder to the computer you want to play the game on each time you want to play. It depends on your computer setup where this folder is. I customize mine to my D drive so I'm not sure where the default location is anymore, but a search here will probably turn up that folder for you.

Or, you could just setup a simple online league and then just export and import the changed files. It depends on how determined you are, but if you'd switch back and forth often, I'd look into the online league way as you won't have to physically transfer the files at all and it'd probably be quicker too.
