Sending a PM

I've tried sending someone a PM three times but none show up as sent. Am I doing something wrong?

Does the person have them disabled? I forget if the option is still available or not if the person has them disabled.

Just for closure's sake, you are looking at your PMs after changing them to Sent, right? Even if someone is full or have them disabled, I don't recall the PMs not being in the folder.
