Can I disable editor in commissioner mode?

In online leagues,
we share the commissioner mode for trades.
but, in commissioner mode, we can see the editor.
so, I think that it is used to cheat. can I disable or turn off the editor in commissioner mode?

No. Solution: don't give anyone but the simmer commissioner rights.
