I need a little help.
With every new version of OOTP, I first setup a small fictional league to see what's new, any changes, etc. before I get serious with anything too ambitious. Below is a picture of the rules I am using.
![]() This is the pitching roster for team Boston on 1/1/1945. ![]() I advance to 1/2/1945 and the pitching staff has completely changed. ![]() A close-up of Ted Lilly. ![]() I'm up to date on the patches, and this league is my third attempt. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have no ideas because I don't know what you are asking. You are wondering why your pitching staff changed? You did not show us your Manager Options; maybe your AI management made the changes. Are you in charge of the Boston organization in the first place?
EDIT: The answer to MY questions: "UNEMPLOYED - Get a job" at the top of the screen. So, just what is it that you are asking?

Yeah, I'm not sure what is being asked. Being unemployed means you are an observer only.

It's a fictional league. He's asking why all fictional players are being replaced by real players. I don't have an answer.

That is simply bizarre. Never seen that happen ever.

Didn't someone post about that in the update thread?

Thanks for the replies. I was merely observing what was going on in the league, I had no job.
So to be a little more clear, my issue is that there are a lot of guys on the roster on 1/2/45, that were not in the league on 1/1/45.

See this post from the latest patch thread. Sounds like the same issue. This is completely bizarre as I update each patch into an existing game and never have a problem.
