Exclamation Petition to Markus: Bring Back Consultant / AI Evaluation for Trades!

So I seen a few mix feelings about it, and i must say I really miss it so why can't we have the option to have it instead of it being totally gone?

In this thread is a vote on whether the feature should be included in the "HUGE" September patch that will consist of many more features. I could bet that a majority of the people on this site as well as frequent players would enjoy it and make the game much more exciting. In Real Life it happens, and this is the most realistic baseball simulation online correct? I been players for 5 years now and always enjoyed it in the game because it gave me a second input on trades, but now, I don't feel right making deals because I was so used to their input in my decision to pull the trigger.

Also maybe add players to be named in deals and I believe your game will be complete!

MARKUS BRING IT BACK!

Thanks...

5 year fan of your game!

#1. Paul Schneider

I would recommend altering this. There are some logical fallacies in here that are not going to win you many converts.

There was already a poll/petition on this and the majority voted against IIRC

Yes it was 56-54 against. There is a link to that thread on the other thread the OP started on this topic.

Personally I'm for it, and a 50-50 split on the poll only means your isolating half your customer base regardless. I just dont see how a few text comments designed to be "opinions" from people 50% of you are going to ignore is a problem. I think the issue here is those in online league (mostly) do not want anything in thier way to confuse their competitive advantgae, whiel those playing solo "love" the real world realism (including coaches and newscasters that have no idea what they are talking about).

Since I play both online AND solo, a suggestion to turn it on or off makes a lot of sense to appease both sides.

I might as well say I am against it. I always felt it was a crutch and the trades were always too easy to make in the first place. There are so many options in the game though, maybe add this in as another one?

I did not realize this feature was removed. I play solo and don't have time or patience to play online. I felt this feature added to the immersion factor. Why not just have this feature as a toggle off/on option as like with the other features?

That's an odd reason for enjoying a game such as this.

I like the idea of Player-to-be-named later, and I think it would add reality to the game.

The idea of a "player to be named later" is a good one imo but I don't want it put in the game. I can already imagine the asinine arguments it will create, most likely by the people supporting it, and just the thought of that makes me ill.

I wasn't joking. I don't think this should be brought back.
