Program to Resize Logos?

What program do you use to resize the image to the various sizes used in OOTP? I've tried Paint and another generic program and I can't get the image to resize properly.

I use a version of PaintShop Pro, but it's not free. It has different resizing methods so it can usually do a fair job.

Have you tried IrfanView, GIMP or Paint.net? Note that I don't recall how they are with resizing. Here's a webpage with a number of free options.

If you find something particularly difficult to resize well, I'm sure one of the guys here wouldn't mind to try their hand at it.

paint.net is simple to use for resizing and it is free. You can do a lot with it too.
