Fictional leagues with finances off

I know of two: the Jamaica League and NPBL.

Thanks kq. I had already checked that site, and all those leagues save the JL and NPBL don't seem to exist anymore.

I don't know of any active non-financial fictionals, besides the JL and NPBL.
