Recently purchased the old version?

But I had to reformat my pc and it's no longer on it. How can I redownload the version I had for free? Or do they make you pay for it again? It isn't the 2008 or 2009 I think it was the 2007 or 7

When you bought it you should have gotten an email from viatech (maybe search for license) with your order ID in it. All you need to do is download the game, install it and input that ID when asked for it. If you can't find the email, you can email viatech your info and they should be able to help you.

EDIT: There was no OOTP7 so it must have been OOTP2007. OOTP8 was basically the same version just that when OOTP split from SI they had to call it something different so they went back to their old numbering.
