Leagues Without Commissioner Managed Teams

I recently added a field for this to the IOLD (along with some other fields), so if you know of any, please list them (EDIT: I mean post them below) as I'd like to get that in. Of course, we can enter those that do have commissioner managed teams, but it's more likely people might search for those that don't.

As always, if you'd like to update your league and need the password, let me know.
