Help. Having trouble taking over as the commisher

You see, the co-commishers decided to become lazy and wants to kill the league. I in the other hand, suggested i take over as the commisher. Except i don't have any experience as a commish and the information he gave me to put on the online setup, i did and try the "Connection" to see if it worked and it said "Error". The commisher said that he gave me the right information and i did put that, but the connection obviously said error. So what do i do and how do i fix this?

What league is this? If you're going to take over, you should probably use your own webspace and change the password. Some of us can help you get the existing password if they won't give it to you, but we should first try to make sure that what you're saying is true. We can also confirm whether this information they gave you is correct if we can download the file.
