6.5 Crashing on "New Season"

Hi,

I've got a career league at the end of its third year. Unfortunately, every time I've tried to advance to a new season, the program crashes about 5 minutes into that process. Would anyone here have any suggestions as to how to fix this (I'd hate to restart the league at this point)?

Thanks

In the league setup check the number of ammy draft rounds that the game has set at.

It's set at 10.

Did you check or are you just going by memory? Steve asked because the game sometimes resets it to something like 32000 rounds.

Well, that's odd if it's not that then. If someone else doesn't suggest something better, you might want to uninstall and reinstall the game and then try again with your end of the season backup.

Interesting - I changed the amateur draft rounds figure to "8", and it worked fine this time. Problem solved!

Thanks,
Tom
