Otherwise the player becomes ineligible and cannot play unless he goes pro (and depending on the sport, you gotta wait a while after high school).

CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) only covers most of California. The City of Los Angeles has a seperate high school sports syste.. Thats why there are CIF and City football champs for example.

Yeah, what I mean is that there is a CIF type in all 50 states.

I demand they put this rule in effect effective this past Saturday at 12 noon GMT time!

Wont be happening, why should the rules be changed for the big clubs and their the only teams moaning about it, if they don't like it then don't enter it. If you scrap replays your taking away the chance of smaller teams making more money which can keep them in business, so personally I'd rather have replays than the chance of a club going out of business because an over priced player is too lazy to play an extra game.

Seem's like a good % agree as well, no disrespect Rad's but with you living in the States all you see is the Prem which makes it easier for you to just think of the Prem teams and not the good of football in general. Probably the same as me with the MLB and NHL were I only see the major league teams and not the minor league teams so my attention is for the major league teams and not the minor league teams.

Obviously you didn't get the joke, you foreigner .

And yeah, I'm not whining about it just because I'm a Man U fan. Err, maybe I am (just because of Saturday), but you know how I feel about ties, so I'll just leave it as that.

Early days yet but so far so good, joint top with Arsenal after 3 games. What I'm looking for this season is mid table with a good cup run or maybe a UEFA Cup place, playing a 4-4-2 but as you'll see I played a 4-5-1 against United as usually I have a midfield of Svento - McCulloch - Valencia - Valero and a front two of Camara - Aliadiere. Wins have come against Middlesbrough 2-0 at home, Fulham 1-0 away and Man Utd 3-1 at home.

I did try and loan Ronaldo (Madrid one) for the season but although Madrid were ok with it I couldn't afford the wage structure they wanted, I could only afford below 50% they wanted more.

PSV start off well creating a decent chance. They are in the traditional Dutch 4-3-3 while Arsenal play the traditional English 4-4-2 although they have few English players.

Strange. Arsenal have 7 potential subs but PSV have only 5.

PSV pushing the action early. If they dont score in the first half they will probably lose.

Arsenal are starting to dominate in the 20th minute...like a cat toying with a mouse.

Henry has had a few chances today but other than that this game has been a little boring.

Completely agree.

0-0 at the half

I'd be doing what I can to get a leg up going into the 2nd match but Im American and I dont know anything about football like the genius Arsene Wenger.
