Lmao, I love it when he said they have turned it into "showbusiness" this coming from a man who if he has his way would ruin Scottish football with bringing in a mass of cheap Lithuanian players, this also coming from a man who's own team has pretty much mutinied against him because of the way he runs Hearts. Ref's are biased to the top clubs because they get more pressure put on them when they ref the top clubs but to say Celtic and Rangers only win because of this is just plain dumb, this is one of the reasons I dislike foreign investors in British football as pretty much 99% know nothing about British football and football in general. |

Not a big Enfield fan but always like watching that, not far off the mark with the old team specially the goals as they would have probably been allowed years ago. |

Bit of a development in the Wigan and Jewell against the ref, turns out that Wigan had complained about Dowd in the past and his bias against Wigan and that boss of the refs Keith Hackett had told Wigan he would try and stop Dowd from being the official at their games.

According to reports this morning Steve McClaren has asked some senior England players if he should recall David Beckham to the squad, now I'm not the biggest Beckham fan infact I think he's just an above average player and never been anything else but I watched him last night in the Madrid v Betis game and he's not even above average.
He was slow and I mean very slow, he didn't look like he wanted to be involved in the game unless they were attacking and even his crossing was poor. I have to say though he didn't deserve the red card but if he hadn't spat his dummy out and tried to break the other players legs then he would never have got sent off, most of his poor play could be down to lack of match fitness but if it isn't I could actually see him struggle in the MLS. |

Bit different over here as you don't have youth teams in the States, school sports aren't big over here as all the best talent either play for county teams or professional team's. Some players are even banned from playing for their school teams, example being if say Man Utd had a 14/15 year old on thier books they may have had him sign a contract stating he doesn't play for his school team so less chance of him getting injured. |
