If you overwrite build 43 with the release version, yes, you lose PT.

The file I download from the email this morning appears to be a html file. It is called 1.htm and opens as nonsense in my browser. Any tips on getting it to work?

Well. I have three accounts, three email accounts that link to them - and no idea which fits with which, and I just combed through old stuff and found that I have no confirmation emails from way back then anymore.

So that'll be fun! Let's play the lottery!

If you know the email addresses, in PT22 send a password reset to each email address. The username associated will be in the email salutation as Dear (Username)

Does capitalization matter when matching the the email & username from previous versions? For example if I registered like my username but wanted all lowercase would that break the ability to get loyalty rewards.

Emailed support about this and haven't received a response about this yet there either.

I’m 99% certain that it isn’t case sensitive, because I registered with my former username (with caps in the appropriate places), and it automatically converted it to all lowercase on the login screen anyway after I logged in. My loyalty packs were present.

Even then you will at the very least still need to have access to the email to create a new account using it in 23.

However, I'm on the Steam version, so I can't actually register my stuff yet...
