Is anyone seeing simulation times taking forever? The time in between simulations says 5 mins, but then it just sits in “simulating” for quite some time. I think over a 2 hour period, the game simulated 2 games.

You use the "New User? Register" button to create a new team or re-register your old team.

Click on the "New User? Register!" link under the Username field on the main page.

IMPORTANT: If you had a Perfect Team 22 account, use the same username and email address that you used for your PT 22 team when you register your PT 23 team to make sure you get your loyalty reward packs.

If you can search your email for "ootp account creation" (or even search just for the username you're looking up), you should be able to find the message.

Yes

Unfortunately, given the move to the new backend provider, there was no other way to do this.

It's a basic security precaution for most any account that you do need to have access to the email used to create it to confirm the account periodically.

If we didn't require that then you would see cases of people just stealing other people's usernames and running with those themselves.

So what happens if we registered a team during beta under an email which we can't access anymore, it worked and we can play in the beta with it, but when the actual game comes out won't be able to confirm the email? Will I just be able to register a new team in a sense that the switch over from beta can erase my account?

You don't need the verification email for the beta. Just log in.

Yes, but you do need it for PT (or so I gather). I have already been playing a season, but wanted to jump into PT early.

We're working on a solution to allow you to log into your accounts on the Challenge Mode site and see the email the account is linked to. It might be a couple days before it's ready though.

Even then you will at the very least still need to have access to the email to create a new account using it in 23.

Thank you Lucas. I am worried because the username I use for these forums is not the username I use for my actual perfect team accounts. I guessed at this one and am worried now that I might be shut out of loyalty rewards. Is this something we can rectify?

You need to know the username and the email you use for the account to register with it for 23, but it doesn't have to be the same username you use for the forums. What you use for the forums is pretty much irrelevant to PT.

Does capitalization matter when matching the the email & username from previous versions? For example if I registered like my username but wanted all lowercase would that break the ability to get loyalty rewards.

I don't think there are any confirmation emails for beta, those will be once the game launches.

If anyone could give me an assist on this I would truly appreciate it.
I was able to register two of my PT teams with the emails I used for them but the third I am having trouble with the email/email confirmation line in the new user/register box. My question is where and how do I find which email I used in PT 22 to register my team. (note that I have entered the one which I am sure that was used and it comes back with the error "This username is reserved from an account..." I realize this has been asked by others and I thank you in advance for your patience and assistance. :-)
PS: It's great that we can have both OOTP22 & 23 running at the same time.
