Yeah the Maddox I was bidding on went for 5001 PP, I would have paid more than that but ran out of PP.

Of course, today Daniel Murphy hit for the cycle and he picked up 5,650 PP in one game alone. Haha. Should have done it yesterday, Daniel.

EDIT: I finally got my Maddox! Someone put him up for 4,975 PP buy it now, so I got him cheaper than expected. RIP Bronze Ichiro.

The Patriots "slipped" to .750 in yesterdays B240 sims, while the Syrups watched from the sidelines to stay ahead in S271. These were the only available updates as I write.

Annandale is driving me LITERALLY crazy. I threw away my defense orientation to go full-bore offense and my outfield is barely hitting league average. I understand that players have hot and cold streaks, and that there's no guarantee a good card will produce good numbers all the time but man, it's frustrating. I think about replacing guys but when I look at the alternatives they seem worse than what I have. I will post some specific examples later when I am at my home computer.

probably safe to say my spot atop the Silver league is not long for this season.... they apparently missed the memo that said the season did *not* end with the all-star game.... logged in this morning to see they went 1-9 after the ASG to finish out July

So my question, is what do the numbers mean on top of the league indicators? It looks like they are always 1. Are they the number of seasons you spent in that league?

Number of playoff appearances I believe.

the bunting one is playoff appearances I believe (so I assume it would change to 2 if you make the playoffs a second time at that level)

edit: if you scroll back up in the posts on this thread, Magus978 has a '2' on the playoff appearances, so it does count up

It's how many playoffs in each level you've made. Most people have 1's listed because they were promoted afterwards and no longer made the playoffs in lower levels.

Multiple ways to win. Go with what is fun for you. It is hard to avoid your teams being carbon copies of each other. I try to avoid duplicate players, but there are particular players ai target for certain roles rhat are much better at them than others. Hard to choose a different player knowing that you are handicapping yourself.

60-74, and it took us long enough to finally drop into last place in the division. I genuinely hope we have a 28 game losing streak in us to solidify one of the two relegation spots. It would be exactly what we deserve for coming up several seasons too early.
