Txranger, I'm ecstatic over the other logos you did for me. If you have space in your queue can you fulfill some other requests?

I am looking for a circular logo, ballcap, and jersey set (home/away) for one of my favorite names for a minor league team: the Iowa Chops!! They were an American Hockey League team based in Des Moines a few years back. Isedelyod included the Chops in his excellent AHL uniform pack, but I am hoping for something a little more retro themed that can fit in any time period from the 50's to modern day (since I hardly ever change a teams uniforms). Please no pinstripes.

I love the last one as well!! The first is a close second, but I love the bat wielding pig in the last one. That is just epic looking! I actually chuckled out loud when I first saw it!

If I had to offer comments other than extreme gratitude, can you easily change the jerseys into a "modern" set as well? I intend to run both sets and was hoping to switch to the same style but more modern when I reach closer to present day (1990's+) in my fictional league. Specifically maybe removing the cotton layer for modern material, maybe a slight stroke on the Chops and Iowa scripts for a tackle twill effect, and a white layer underneath the little pig guy on on the away jersey so he's not see-through. And that's just me being extremely nit-picky.

Thanks again for your absolutely exceptional work, time, and generosity! I used to paint cars for people for NR2003, and you are inspiring me to fire up Photoshop again! I'll have to come up with some more ideas to send your way if you have space in your queue!

Found a couple of Barnstorming teams


1) Louis Murphy's Spring Valley, IL House of David team: This team was a "copycat" or "Knock-off' of the original team from the commune in Benton Harbor. Their uniforms had a slanted script (which is original HOD teams never did) and their broadside posters always said 'Whiskers!Whiskers!". Louis Murphy was actually a former promoter of the original HOD.


2) Grove All-Stars: This was a North Dakota State Penitentiary barnstorming team based out of Bismarck, ND. This team has an interesting story to it. the Grove All-Stars, were organized among prisoners of the North Dakota State Penitentiary. The team included black players. The Grove All-Stars played games in many nearby towns until a couple of prisoners took advantage of that freedom and ran off. After that, the All-Stars played only on prison grounds. Negro leaguer, Barney Brown (whom played for several Negro League teams and also played in several famed East-West games) also played some games with this team. Even though he was not a prisoner himself.

They are png format, as all of mine are... They download and work for me... I don't know what the problem is your having?
