You see I realy dont care what you or others think, realy I filled up 27 owners of a 30 team league without ever posint the league publicly so I felt I would all you all the opertunity to grab up the last 3 spots....but believe me I will not allow IMMATURE guys to join the TCBL.

People also know me as BigDawg and you guys here want to walk by the fence keep poking sticks thru the fence at the DAWG sooner or later he is gona get pissed and bite someone, their is noone to apologize to that I can see.

You're right. Just like it would've been nice had you contacted me via e-mail to see if you could use the logo to begin with.

I've asked very politely that you please either credit the artist (something like: "league banner art contributed by enuttage and ladylivewire") on your site or take it down. And I apologized for jumping on you based on an assumption about the league name. Again, apologies for that.

Obviously, I can't make you take the logo down, minus some sort of cease-and-desist from a lawyer. And honestly, at this point, I don't really expect that you will remove it. I hope you will, but I doubt it'll happen.

But, I can say that I tried.

And all I really wanted was either permission to use it, or a simple credit on the site. That's all.

See thats where you are wrong, I am not that self absorbed, I could careless is someone used, taken anything I made and used it to have fun in a online league.

I have had things "stolen" before, I use to make file sets for FBPRO for my league and it was taken to start a league by someone else. I have created in the past game AI rules that were taken by someone else and they changed 1-2 words and posted as their own work...did I care no...today those leagues are gone and no one cares. Their could be 25 other TCBL's using a grafic I made and I could careless.

MY league was created for the enjoyment of the owners that partisapate in my league not to pass muster with those on this board that think they are someone.

dougaiton I have no CASE to prove anything to anyone, for 10 years I played in the FBPRO-BBPRO community and I was as outspoken their as I am here now. I even got baned from the Sierra Sports bords at least 10 times....bottom line was EVERYONE in that community knew who I was...half the people HATED me the other half LOVED me but their was no dought any of my leagues we fun. If people dont like my attitude or league than dont join.The differance between what BigFester calls immature and what I call FREE WILL .

Sorry I am not like the hords of SHEEPLE that follow the leader and are PC all the time...makes me puke.

Still, it would be nice and might help save his league, but he doesn't seem that smart.
