As to your comment, if you haven't done so, submit an official ticket with your problem and before it's said and done - meaning when Markus is back and dealing with everything on his table - you'll get an official response. I doubt it will be the one you're predicting.

Give me a break. For how many versions have we had this bug and you want me to make another ticket about it? Sorry but I have better things to do then stating the obvious over and over and over gain. |

Guess I must have misunderstood "I better things to do than state the obvious over and over" while you were stating the obvious, I have to assume for more than the first time. Sorry, I have that problem.
PS: "Been here a lot longer then you so I know the facts more then you do." doesn't make you sound more knowledgeable; more like a pompous ass. Of course you might have been going for that so who am I to judge?

Just went through my league transactions screen (admittedly for just one season) --- midway through from draft to end of season, none of the top 5 rounders have been dropped by their drafting teams yet....but something I'll keep eye on myself. (I play a fictional with full minors and two levels of feeders).

I am surprised, as I don't recall ever seeing this with X but have seen it rather often in 11 using basically the same setups...

I haven't posted here in years, but I was browsing the forums to see if I was going to get the newest OOTP (OOTP9 is the most recent one I have). Since I'm strapped for cash, I was going to base my decision not on new features, but on whether a couple bugs that really bother me have been fixed.
To see this one hasn't is upsetting, and I'm going to hold off on 11 for now. I may just wait until 12. I'm not saying this in some angry "I REFUSE TO BUY THE GAME" way. But I just hate having to constantly monitor the FA pool and play God by having the team that released a guy sign him back (this doesn't always work, though when it does, it seems they don't re-release him). I should ask though: is the current form of the bug limited to draft-day releases? Often times I'll have a top prospect released the NEXT draft day (so a new slew of amateurs are coming in, and the best player at the single A level gets axed while all the 29 year old minor league FAs keep their A-ball jobs)? I'm kinda wondering where we're at with the progress of this troublesome bug being fixed. |
