Redmond and New York slumped, while Sad Hill surged, shuffling the pace-setters, as Port Ruppert slipped into the lead.

Diamond league update:

Green Lake makes the most of their OL schedule and closes the gap with Waffletown, but the Syrups maintain their hold on the top spot by the slimmest of margins.


In the overall standings, Waffletown has reverted back to their mediocre style of play. Combine that with the fact that the Puppies are on a hot streak, and you have a swap of the top spot in the NC Central, with Palolo on top and Waffletown dropping 5.5 games back.

In the NC East, Southern still sits atop the division with a slim 2 game lead over Miko Bros.

In the AC East, Transylvania sits 1.5 games off the division lead; and Green Lake made a solid push to close the gap between themselves and the top spot to only 4 games (both teams hold down wild card spots as well). Roncalli still struggles to find a positive groove, but still has almost half a season to turn things around.

In the AC Central, Seattle hopes to make the most of a division where their 42-40 record is still good enough to put them just 1 game off the lead.

Harlem advances to top by not playing any games! Unfortunately they're under the threshold to qualify for the OL lead but this month they have 6 OL games scheduled so things should work themselves out by tomorrow.

I totally disagree with this. The prices will eventually go down if people don't pay them. Increasing the drop rate will just saturate the market and then everything goes down. The missions are supposed to be challenging. What is the point of them if they change the drop rates of cards to make it easier for people to complete?

As long as he drives in the runs (among the top for RBI), it will be hard to replace him.

Seager is finally producing for him in Gold with 104 Defense (still slowly moving up).
He is excited to actually see him at the max and have him on the Endless Summer team for an entire season.
He may still not be enough of a contact hitter but maybe at that point we can fully judge his defensive contribution (I assume it will still be too low to justify the role but we will see next season).

Your Extreme team is slowly but surely coming together. Good luck.
Kiddos Renton team won the first series at home (2-1) but then suffered against you.
He is excited though....great competition.

His brother is still in the wild card race but was placed into the division with a really good team. He was able to steal a win but they are just too tough to beat.

The Minneapolis Gauchos are finally ready to join OL. The conversion did a number on the team and who knows if they'll be relegated, but they're prepared to join the Perfect or Diamond OL league starting next week.

Atabakin, I have to ask considering your team is an absolute monster.. what's with the esoteric park factors? Is there a method to this madness, Fibonacci numbers or something? If it's some trade secret you don't need to say. Just curious considering you're destroying all-comers in Bronze level.

Some great OL teams in the league.

Helton has been a big improvement for me at first on offense plus he is a little better defensively than Nomar. I am also now platooning the 89 OVR Bagwell against LHers at 1B The Dragons are good tough competition and I enjoy playing them. It is been a hard road for them because I have been able to make some improvements. I got Koufax in a pack and bought Ryan on the AH. They have been a nice boost to my starting rotation and allowing me to move Gooden to an 8th inning lead in role for Eckersley. I may put him back in the rotation though because he is a PP machine like Koufax and Ryan.

The Infinite Power got stuck with the big whale of the league but he has played his team well and holding second which is the best he can do against that powerhouse. Both sons play well enough to sneak in an upset in the playoffs that might make some owners angry enough to make one of those my great team lost posts.

I am happy that they are pulled into the league with the OL Perfect class. They may not quite fit OL requirements with their Perfect teams but they are far from whales and deserve a chance against many equitable match ups. Now if I can keep my OL team from being relegated.

Man, I wish I was that good at the details. Turns out this past Thursday I realized I never changed the park factors from the random figures given in entry Pool, and I was out of town over the weekend, not getting back till Monday afternoon!

With the way my team is built, I definitely want to make some adjustments...

Pulling Liriano from a pack in entry definitely helped move things along pretty quickly for the Rush.

With 17 OL teams in this league New Zealand somehow ended up in a division by themselves.

Decided to buy a solitary standard pack for the Auckland Athletics and got this beautiful Duke Snider card with the very last pull.

We also picked up a Wade Boggs from the auction house so expect the Athletics to start making some noise!
