Waiver Question for Online Leagues...

Ok... how exactly do you guys work the waiver system for online leagues. We just updated to OOTP6, and I don't understand how logistically it works. We currently have the waiver time period set for 8 days. So... lets say I get the lg file, I put a guy on waivers. That week is simmed... and everyone now sees my guy is on waivers. Someone claims him on his lg file. I never know about it, and he gets him.

So at what point would i have the option to pull him back off waivers if I wanted to do so? Basically, if someone could shed some light on how waivers logistically works for their online league, i'd appreciate it.

Just make it so that anything that is to be done with waivers must be posted in your forum and then processed by the simmer. It's more work for everyone, but there are less problems later. Allowing members to do their own waivers might sound like a good idea, but problems are likely inevitable with how the game is currently designed.

and if you dont like DFA

just make a rule, no one can drag the players to the DFA box, if you do you will be fine and player will be release...
