Congratulations to the fans of the Boston Red Sox!! You guys really deserve this and I can't say how genuinely excited and happy I am for you despite the abyssmal performance of my beloved Cards...for the Cardinals it is on to next year and what a heck of a season they've had. Nobody saw it coming and they really kept me excited all campaign long. Sad ending, but there you go. We'll get 'em next year.

For the Sox, no more 1918, no more Curse, but a tremendous triumph and a fantastic showing for all of New England. Wicked awesome! Wicked amazing!

McCarver and Buck were saying Lowe has possibly earned himself an $8 million dollar contract with his performance this offseason. Anyone else find this utterly ridiculous? Not what they said, but the fact that they might be right and he could get a big deal like that?
