Doubt it. I think their 40 pennants and 26 WS hold more merit than any other team.

That's going a little far... granted, they blew this series hugely, but even the most devote Yankees fan knew that at some point, the Red Sox would finally get a team that could beat the Yanks, and that team is this year's...
