I'm glad they didn't pull Lowe. He's pitching really well and Jeter's hit was just a ground ball in the hole, albeit a sharply hit one.

I think I want the Yanks to lose just so that I don't have to hear McCarver go ga-ga over everything that Jeter does. He made the throw home in the first seem like it was a thing of beauty by Jeter.

Agreed... and I hope they've got some hot pitcher in the minors they're keeping hush hush about, because there isn't really a whole lot of good starting pitching on the FA market this off-season. And if this is the starting core we're going to have next year, me thinks it'll be a long year in 2005.
