Philadelphia Revolutions.
You will have to add an "S"...I'm a traditionalist...personally don't like singular names...but if you do...that's alright. Hopefully, do some to improve the quality...pixels seem to be missing in quite a few places...causing gaps in the colors. Maybe put a hockey puck in the upper left...and make Philadelphia larger, so it will show up better in the game. Last edited by Eugene Church; 12-23-2005 at 02:18 PM. |

I know it is a football team, but I think Edmonton Eskimos is a great name for a hockey team...and I found a pretty good logo.
Make Edmonton bigger so it will show up in the game. Last edited by Eugene Church; 12-23-2005 at 02:18 PM. |

Thanks Eugene. I think the Revolution one is a great idea, and I like Edmonton Eskimos, too.

Vancouver Vipers.
Add city and nickname to the logo below. or use Vancouver Canadians (created by davwms) shown below. or get Cuss16 to do the Vancouver Breakers for you...get him to increase the size of Vancouver, so it will show up well in the game...see it at this link: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ouver+breakers Last edited by Eugene Church; 12-23-2005 at 02:18 PM. |

The only thing I could come up with for Winnipeg (Cree Indian for "muddy waters") was that it is the center of the North American continent and famous for its wheatfields...and of course, the Blue Bombers of the CFL.
Winnipeg Shockers...as in "shocking wheat"...maybe lightning bolts and shocks of wheat surrounding a dynamic hockey player...I checked out Wichita State Wheatshockers...but they didn't a logo that would work. |

Shockers is a neat idea Eugene. I was also thinking attaching River to something. Like River Warriors, or the old standby River Cats. Maybe jst Winnipeg Warriors? I do like Shockers a lot though.
It would make for a unique pro logo.

The Quebec Uniform is tremendous.
One of these days in the far, far distant future, I will try to get uniforms for all my leagues and have a website like DreamTeams and Portlander/Goody. I have to really improve my computer skills to do it...but one day...it may happen. |

I think Toronto is the last one.
Sorry, couldn't come up with a good historical or geographical name...it's located on Lake Ontario...founded by the French and English...originally named York...but became Toronto in 1834..."Silicon Valley of the North"...and a great financial and commercial centre (I think the british spelling is nice...although it could be French)...movies, too. But didn't see anything special...So, I just tried to find some hockey terminology. I'm sure the graphics genuises will come up with something. I don't care for the WSU logo...but it's what you like that is important. I think the lightning bolts has some possibility...maybe put a puck in the middle of the logo and surround it with 6 lightning bolts....put a fancy "W" in the middle of the puck...and include a couple of crossed hockey sticks...and put the name Winnipeg Shockers on it, too. Then top it off with a nice two-color frame or border...I really like a frame...if done with good color coordination, it really makes it show up well in the game. It is so easy for me to think up difficult graphics for you guys to conjure up..isn't it?

We used this before for your set Eugene, but I think it works well for hockey, too:
