Any fictional leagues open?

The KBL still has some open teams. It's a good time to get in as we're nearing the end of the season and you can start to prepare for next year. Link is in my sig.

Looks kinda cool-which teams are still open?

The open teams are:

Kilimanjaro Leopards - 44-58, 4th in the Kurru 1st division. Best players are probably CF Akram "Big Train" Mukamutara and SP Jaja Nafula.
Kongo Camels - 47-55, 2nd in the Kurru 1st division. Best players are probably SS Akido Ayo, C Mambo Asali, and SP Jalali Tidyanawo
Sahara Chimps - 67-35, 1st in the Kurru 3rd division. Still the best record in the KBL. Best players are probably 1B Kwame Mukami and SP Safari Nena.
Timbuktu Colobus - 54-48, 1st in the Kerma 3rd division. Best players are probably 1B Murtada Wanjiru and SP Mahmud Nana.
Berber Hippos - 50-52, 2nd in the Kerma 3rd division. Best players are probably LF Rashaad Nuaha and SP Nkosi Nyakio.

The records and standings are a few sims old as I just copied this from the KBL thread.

I'll add a big hurrah for the KBL, and not just cause I've overtaken the Chimps for the best record... pay no attention to those records up there!

Seriously though, it's a great league. Sign up. You won't regret it. Probably the smoothest-run league I've been in, and a lot of dedicated, creative owners.

POTD has an opening (Hudson) and possiblt Mexico City....we are in our 4th season and at hte World series so you would be right on time for the off season to begin and be a part of.

The FMLB is a fictional league with great owners and integrity. We're almost a year old and have gone through two very great and exciting seasons. We have a fast-paced sim schedule and a friendly atmosphere. We'd really like to have you in our ranks.

I can't say we have an opening, or that we'll even have one in awhile (haven't in three seasons), but you're welcome to join the mailing list for the American Baseball League.

We're currently in our 106th season of play.
