Weather Spreadsheet, can't find it

Does someone know where I can get a copy of the weather spreadsheet for the cities not in the game. I used to have it, but I can't find it online for download onto my new computer.

I looked at baseball sim central and a few other places, but to no avail.

Help?!

I have Scott Vibert's Weather Data in the Misc. section on my site. Not sure if that's what you're looking for but I think it's pretty good.
