Rehab before IL stint is over

If a player is healthy before his IL stint is over, it'd be nice if I could go ahead and put him on a rehab assignment at that point.

Obviously can't be placed back on the ML active roster until the IL time is finished, but in real life, guys can start rehab a few days before their IL time is wrapped up and get a headstart on rehab

I like this too! Sometimes I really don't want send a guy to rehab assignment because I need them in the bigs, but if they could sometimes be sent before their IL time is up that would be great!
