Market Size for Fictional Teams
I've made a fictional league/teams and was wondering is there a way to change the market size for these teams?

Yes, go into the team settings and scroll down on the left side to market size. You probably have to be in commissioner mode to get to the team settings though. To do that, go to manager options and check the appropriate box on the right side.
I change the market size and fan loyalty settings of every team before I start a new fictional league. I'd recommend balancing your market size with your fan loyalty though. That is, if one is pretty high or low, the other should be the opposite. For example, in my most recent league I had each team's market size + fan loyalty equal 12 to 14. Most were 13, but 1 in each league equalled 12 and 1 equalled 14. That way you can set which teams you want to be bigger or smaller markets, but none are too advantaged or disadvantaged by having a fan loyalty that is also large or small. And don't forget to do it for expansion teams too!
