It really shouldn't do that.

Here's what you should try

1) navigate to your OOTP saved games folder.
2) Manually create a new folder, name it CBL26.lg
3) Open a new instance of file explorer, navigate to wherever you downloaded the zip file to
4) Extract all files to a new folder, doesn't matter where
5) Go to the folder you exported to
6) Manually copy/paste each file or folder to the folder you created in step 2

Should work.

Hey gang,

I’ll have another update out next few days with all activity updated.

I’m also working on getting top 100 IAFA (per Baseball America) created and signed with correct teams. It’s probably closer to ~150 or so as Baseball America also discusses a few players for each team beyond top 100 in class. For quite a few scouting reports are lacking players birthdate etc…. So just know some of the players DOB will be fictional.

Some of the bigger names should possibly show up on MiLB.com between now and ST. The better ones tend to jump right into games instead of the real version of OOTP's International complex. I've noticed it happening more and more the last few years

Is it intended in version 12 that most of the players in the DSL have no room to improve? I have scouting on at 100% while I was digging into the nitty gritty of the set and the DSL players are basically useless with 25/25 and 30/30 for well over 60% of the rosters. Other levels of minors show the same thing just not as extreme. but development looks to be crap across the board

Most likely cause is you just drug the file you exported into your saved games, you have to open the folder you unzipped and then copy over the .lg folder inside the first folder. Mac computers add an extra step to unzipping for some reason

I’ll take another pass at this….

I’m assuming my DB locked in Steamer projections for very young players at both a ratings and potential.

This run I’m working on now at least has majority of the DSL floor at 30-35 versus 20-25.

I’ll also take a peek at rookie leagues for same exercise

Appreciate it!. Another idea, you may want to import the Indy leagues and even if you don't keep them, you will get many missing players that have been on minor league rosters for some time. My sample size is small because I've only deep dived a couple organizations but I think the Cardinals would add two or three and the Red Sox would pick up roughly 5 or 6 if memory serves and again those are my first two organizations I was messing with

Unfortunately no it will not.

Will only work for the version of OOTP it’s built in :/

Hey gang,

Here is an updated MLB 2026 draft order file. It is NOT updated in v13, but you can easily go to the draft order and import to your file.

At some point when I release v14 it will be updated.
