Even with the single screenshot, it looks pretty good to me. You should reach out to some of the park makers for insight on getting the players positioned back in the park (not sure if they are running through walls even if positioned correctly - advice on that is beyond me). The dimensions don't matter other than the PbP on HR distance and the like. The factors drive the player performance. Will be curious how it plays and if you'll need to dial some of that back through testing.
All that said, I want to reiterate my main point - it looks great

I don't know what happened but my .obj file isn't exporting correctly. I noticed when I went back to test it out I got the default generic stadium, so I looked at the obj size in the folder and it is only about 1 mb. I've tried exporting again, copy and pasting into a new file to export, and still the same issue. Anyone know how to fix it? I'm using Sketchup 17.

In the meantime, here is a stadium nobody asked for that does work. It's the softball/baseball field in Groom Lake, Nevada, otherwise known as Area 51. The field has been there since at least 1965. I used available models from the 3d warehouse to add in the few buildings around the field. Dimensions are approximate. You can read more about it here.

Dyckman Oval
Dyckman Oval has a fascinating history. It was the brief home of the New York Cubans in the 1930s until their owner Alex Pompez was put into prison for racketeering chargers. Not a lot of photos exist, so I had to take some creative liberties and do some research into the surrounding area. The field was reconfigured several times and the fences moved in and out, so I used an estimate of its earlier days from another Negro League researcher. This version is a combination of its early days to its last days before it was demolished in 1938.

Passon Field (West Philadelphia, PA)
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Owned by local sporting goods magnate Henry Passon, Passon Field served as the early home of the Philadelphia Stars and Passon's Philadelphia Bacharachs. With only 5000 seats, the team quickly outgrew the rectangular lot and moved a few miles away to Penmar Park. By World War II, the fences were taken down and it was converted to a victory garden. Today it serves as a recreational field for football and soccer. Without a lot of photos to go by, I based the layout on a satellite image of the baseball diamond on the site about 15 years ago when West Philadelphia High School was a tenant. As such, the dimensions are as follows: LFL 336 LF 340 LC 377 CF 395 RC 345 RF 295 RFL 286 DOWNLOAD HERE |

Martin Stadium (Memphis, TN)
Originally known as Lewis Park, Martin Stadium (sometimes known as Martin's Stadium) in Memphis was one of the only Black-owned ballparks in the United States. It was torn down in 1960 after the Memphis Red Sox folded. I took some creative liberties with the stadium as not too many photos exist of the ballpark itself, so I had to piece together what I could in the background of team and action shots. Some elements were taken from other ballparks, thanks to everyone who creates parks on this site.

Would it be possible to add the day/night shots to the file folders as is done in the Jazz Age thread and others?
I would appreciate it, and thanks for the heads up on Facebook when you post a new park!! |

Gant Park Municipal Stadium (Zanesville, Ohio)
This small venue has been home to several professional teams since 1940 including the Zanesville Dodgers, Greys, and multiple neutral site Negro League games. The ballpark is still standing today and is used for amateur baseball. Beyond left field is a football field. Most of the model for the stands came from this Sketchup user.
