Just a re-tread tire that they rolled out today. They signed him after his stint in the KBO I think.

According to this, it was 1,371 days after his last game in MLB. Moreover, "Enns' 2,877-day gap between starts is one of the longest this century, trailing longtime Major League closer Jim Johnson, who went 4,427 days between starts from July 29, 2006, to Sept. 11, 2018." My calculator says 7.9 years for Enns, 12.1 years for Johnson.
